The transition into winter does not mean that boat trips with Stuart Line Cruise come to an end.

Stuart Line Cruises offer a wide range of cruises during winter (November – March), including Guided Bird Watching Cruises, Winter River Exe Cruises, Festive Special Cruises, Sail with Santa and a selection of exciting Special Events.

A boat trip with Stuart Line Cruises is much more than just a boat trip and during winter, we include something extra special, to ensure your comfort and warmth. Throughout the winter months our Festive Special Cruises include homemade mulled wine and warm, locally produced mince pies, all served by our friendly crew!

During these colder months, the River Exe turns in to a haven for wildlife – one of the top places in the country for migratory bird life. Our specialised Guided Bird Watching Cruises, with commentary by expert local ornithologists, are an ideal way to learn all about the species that visit us during this time and what makes the Exe Estuary so unique.

Our Christmas cruises include Festive Special Cruises with warming festive treats and our Sail with Santa experience is widely known as the family’s favourite tradition in Devon!

In addition, we have a number of Special Events on offer during winter, including our Firework Night Cruise, Live Band Nights, Christmas Boat Parties and our famous Christmas Day Swim Cruise!
