Boarding
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are ready to board the boat for your cruise no later than 15 minutes prior to the departure time of your cruise. For departures from Exmouth, you must first report to our booking office at Exmouth Marina (EX8 1FE) to ensure we can direct you to the correct queue and give you any tickets needed. For departures from Dawlish or Topsham, please be at your departure point at least 15 minutes prior to our arrival. For Exeter or Sidmouth Departures, please report to the member of staff at least 15 minutes before your departure, who will be at the departure point. Please check your email confirmation for the correct departure point, and if you are unsure, please call us during office hours on 01395 222144 to confirm any details you may be unsure of. We cannot accept any responsibility if you go straight to a departure point and miss the boat due to it being the wrong departure point for your cruise.
You will not be entitled to a refund or transfer of your booking if you are late and miss your cruise for any reason and Stuart Line Cruises accepts no responsibility for your journey to us or for your ability to park in time for your cruise departure.
Specific instructions will be in your email confirmation, so please read them carefully.
We cannot wait for late arrivals and cannot accept any responsibility if you miss your cruise for any reason. You will not be entitled to a refund or a transfer of your booking if you miss your booked cruise. This includes day trips where you will be meeting the boat for the return trip, in this scenario, you must make your own way back at your own cost.

You may also break your journey at any station between Topsham and Exmouth. It is not possible to take the train part of the journey before the boat trip unless you report to our Booking Office at Exmouth Marina to collect them by prior arrangement. For train journeys passing through Exeter, you are not permitted to leave any train station within Exeter itself as part of your journey.
