We will liaise directly with our nominated caterers and help to plan the perfect menu for you and your guests. Below you will see a few of the sample menus we have to offer but if these are not exactly to your taste then we will be happy to seek alternative options for you.

Greendale farm shop beef burger, Sweet potato burger (vegetarian alternative), Greendale farm shop pork sausage, Rosemary & onion sausage (vegetarian alternative), New potato salad, fresh seasonal salad, and a selection of condiments.
Butchers' beef burger with caramelised onion & cheddar, Quinoa & mixed seed burger (vegetarian alternative), Old English pork sausages, Vegetarian sausages (vegetarian alternative), Slow cooked BBQ pork belly, New potato salad with garlic & tarragon, apple & fennel slaw, green leaves with dressing, and a selection of condiments.
Greendale farm shop steak burger with cheese, Sweet potato burger (vegetarian alternative), Cracked black pepper sausage with caramelised onions, Rosemary & onion sausage (vegetarian alternative), Cajun pork belly, Stuffed pimento peppers (vegetarian alternative), Harissa baked side of salmon, vegetable & halloumi kebabs (vegetarian alternative), seasoned new potatoes with melted Gouda cheese, celeriac remoulade, fresh Caesar salad, and a selection of condiments.
Cold Buffet
Caramelised red onion sausage rolls, Scotch hen's eggs, North Devon cheddar tart, garlic & tarragon new potatoes, fresh seasonal salad, chocolate brownie, and lemon & thyme chicken wings.
Chorizo scotch hen's eggs, honey & sesame glazed sausages, sage & onion sausage rolls, Buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese, roasted pepper & feta quiche, seasoned new potatoes, caramelised onion & goat's cheese tart, smoked salmon toasts, chocolate brownie, and mousse pots.
Mini pasty pies (steak / cheese & onion), Chorizo sausage rolls / spiced veg sausage rolls, Harissa marinated side of salmon, BBQ pulled pork or jackfruit bao buns, bacon & blue cheese tart, feta, pepper & olive salad, cured meat platter with olives, baby peppers & balsamic, smoked tomato & feta stuffed baby peppers, roasted red pepper & goats cheese tart, roasted garlic new potatoes, chocolate orange mousse pots, and mini lemon meringue pies.
Hot Buffet
Hot sliced roast shoulder of pork & apple sauce rolls, garlic & tarragon new potatoes, sage & onion stuffing, fresh green salad, and nut roast (vegetarian alternative).
BBQ pulled pork with apple & fennel slaw rolls, melted Gouda cheese new potatoes, fresh Caesar salad, BBQ pulled jackfruit (vegetarian alternative), and warm chocolate brownie.
Slow cooked Moroccan spiced lamb, lemon & garlic spiced potatoes, feta, mint & pomegranate couscous, and mint & pickled red onion salad.
Our caterers are able to cater for specific dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free etc. however, it is important to note that whilst every effort is made to avoid cross contamination in their kitchens, this cannot be guaranteed. Please note, the above prices are based on a minimum requirement of 35 guests.
