This vessel is not suitable for electric wheelchairs as many of them have rear stabilizers. However, we always have manual wheelchairs available for use. At extreme high tides this vessel will load directly onto her bow requiring passengers to ascend 10 steps to the top deck or descend three to the lower deck. At these times it is not suitable to have passengers who are confined to wheelchairs or who can not manage steps. |

| Topsham | Pride of Exmouth will normally load from the Lager Quay. The method of loading is strictly tidal dependant so persons confined to a wheelchair should ring us before choosing to sail from Topsham | Tudor Rose will normally load from Trouts Boatyard via a pontoon and therefore loading is similar to that in Exmouth. However, the step onto the boat is larger here and not suitable for wheelchairs with rear stabilizers. |
| Sidmouth | These trips load directly from the beach and are therefore not suitable for wheelchairs. | |
| Torquay or Brixham | Due to the design of the Harbour at both these towns passengers will need to be able to manage steps in order to disembark. Passengers confined to wheelchairs are welcome to remain aboard with the crew for the duration of the stop (2 hours) |
